When the rebels were killed, Shigi was taken, castrated and meant for work in a harem. Prince Hakei, however, discovered him and selected him to be an elite soldier. Because he was given the chance for this new life, Shigi singlemindedly serves Prince Hakei. The most strinking characteristics are that he's quite effeminate and pretty. He is also a psychoticly blood thirsty, killing anyone and anything between him and victory. He's very level-headed despite that, and makes an excellent tactician. He's a high ranked officer in the Kutou army, and has, since the series began, recently been put to work with Hien. While they compliment each other well when fighting, and simply personality-wise, they don't know each other very well.
