The constellations, called "Seishuku" are also present in Japanese mythology and astrology. There are many names and readings for the constellations, but I'm using the ones that Watase provides, in this case from one of the Perfect World magazines. Similar to Western zodiacs, you can use your birthdate to determine which constellation you were born under, and that's exactly what you can do here. :) Click the name of your constellation to find out a bit more!
